About Us

Hiya folks! We are Amy and Brad a young married couple who decided to throw the idea of a typical "life" out the window to create our own. In 2012 we decided to sell our house, quit our jobs, bought a trailer and headed out on the road for a few months (all of which is documented in this blog). After some roaming, we returned to our old hometown and tried to put down some roots - only to realize that being in one place for too long wasn't making us happy.

So, we're taking to the road again - this time in our 1977 Winnebago Chieftain motorhome. We'll be documenting the full reno process (and lordy, it's a big project) and once Miss Winnie is ready to hit the road, we'll be sharing our adverntures.

Oh, and hey, we're also musicians - a husband-and-wife duo actually. We play good ol' toe tappin' Americana/Roots music, and go by the name WinnieBrave (you can have a listen and learn more over here).
